Order Request

Thank you for your interest in purchasing from Edible Arrangements.  This form is designed to provide information necessary to enter a formal order into our POS system.  Being an order request form means that once the form is completed our staff will enter the information into our point of sale (POS) system, call you using the number provide to review and finalize the order.  This form is designed to be a convenient way to put in a request for an order any time of the day.  If you have any questions regarding your order you can call out local office at (336) 904-9400.

Customer Information
Click the 'Update Customer Info' button to load your profile information. If any information needs to be updated click 'Profile', once you have updated and saved your profile clock 'Update Customer Info' again.
Please use the address associated to the debit or credit card that will be used when finalizing your order.
Recipient

If placing an order for more then one recipient you can select the green '+' sign to the right.  It is important to provide as much information regarding the recipient as possible to provide the best chance of a successful delivery.  The phone number provided should be the best number to contact the recipient should there be any issues with the delivery.




The 'Custom Product List' requires setup. This gives you the option to be able to have select products you may purchase often setup in the system to make order request easier and more consistant.
